Our Standard Return Policy-

Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels in the original packaging. 
You can return full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. All items that are discounted on our website are non-returnable, including marked down items.
Full-priced items that have been purchased with a discount code are applicable for a refund for cash or store credit. 
We do not charge return fees for refunds in store credits but we charge a small restocking fee for cash refunds - SGD$10.
We ask you to return the item(s) with the original packing materials and please do not remove any stickers.
Our returns team will inspect all returned goods to make sure the item(s) has not been worn, washed or damaged before processing the returns.
*Please do not send us any Returns or Exchanges before we authorize it. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.


Returns & Exchange Processing Time:

Typically, our Returns will take around 14 business days to be processed once it reaches our Singapore warehouse, and credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
You will receive a email or notification once it has been processed


Our Return Process:

Before you send out a Return or Exchange, please contact us at returns@livingwearco.com to request for a Return/Exchange.
Please send us your
  • Invoice/Order number
  • Reason for Return or Exchange
  • Pictures (in any case of defects, wrong items etc.)
Once we authorize the Return or Exchange, you are free to go ahead and send the item back to us!
